When will the training I purchased show up under “My Account”?

The e-learning should be visible under “My Courses” immediately after purchase. If any issue, please contact academy@qti.qualcomm.com.

What is your refund policy for e-learning and/or e-books?

We do not provide refunds for e-learning. Please make sure that you review the course contents and system requirements prior to purchase. If you have any questions about the e-learning courses, please contact academy@qti.qualcomm.com.

What credit cards are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Do you accept purchase orders or wire payments?

Although we prefer payment by credit card, we can consider accepting a purchase order (P.O.) or wire payment. However, we cannot provide access to the e-learning products until payment is received. Please contact academy@qti.qualcomm.com for more information.

Do I get a course book with the purchase of e-learning?

No. The course material is embedded within the e-learning product and is easily navigated and referenced as needed.

What minimum connection speed do you support?

Although the video content may work with a slower connection we recommend that you have a DSL, Cable Modem, or T1 connection to the internet or faster.
