How to Receive 5G Certification with Qualcomm Technologies

The Qualcomm Wireless Academy (QWA) launched a unique and comprehensive 5G Associate Certification program for engineers looking to advance in wireless technology. In this article, we discuss what this certification program is and how you can sign up.

What is QWA’s 5G Associate Certification?

QWA’s certification program consists of an in-depth training curriculum that includes three prep courses and a two-hour virtual proctored exam. The prep courses are taught through our flexible eLearning format, so you may take each course at your own pace and from wherever you’d like. The courses are as follows:

The prep courses are optional, but we recommend enrolling in them, seeing as all exam content is pulled from these courses. For more information about the exam, prep courses, topics covered, and the program’s benefits, please visit our certification web page here.

How to Sign Up for QWA’s 5G Associate Certification:

Registering for our certification program is simple. You may follow these steps:

  1. Purchase your certification exam here.
  2. Once you purchase your exam, we will email you with instructions for signing up for your exam date, along with details for how you can purchase the prep courses. We recommend choosing an exam date at least 2-3 weeks out if you plan to enroll in the prep courses.
  3. Once you choose an exam date, you will receive further instructions for the day of your exam.
  4. You may begin your prep courses as soon as you sign up.

The exam costs $395 and each prep course costs $347.50, which is 50 percent off each original course price. We offer bulk discounts for companies seeking certification for groups of employees. For more information on bulk discounts, please email qwa@qti.qualcomm.com.

The Qualcomm Wireless Academy is the educational and training branch of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., a world leader in 5G technology and wireless innovation.
